New Horizons Animal Hospital was founded by Dr. Ashley Dobbin and Dr. Natasha Noseworthy, two veterinarians who have spent nearly their entire careers working side by side in service of the pets and families of our community. Through years of collaboration, they built a friendship founded on trust, mutual respect, and a shared belief that every pet deserves compassionate, personalized care.
